Calendar

We are very excited to embark on our fourth year of the Student Faith Leadership Program in the Medicine Hat Catholic School Division.  Each school will be selecting students to be part of this exciting program.

Faith Leadership student representatives, from each of our Catholic schools, will gather for active days facilitated by a dynamic youth minister and the Division Chaplain. At these gatherings, students will participate in a variety of activities.  One such task will be to plan school faith and
service activities (with guidance and support from their school Teacher Faith Leader)

These meetings will be held at Holy Family Parish with busing and lunch provided.  The meeting details are:

- September 29th , 2025 - 9:45 am – 1:45 pm
- November 3rd , 2025 - 9:45 am - 1:45 pm
- April 2026 – Date TBA

I am very much looking forward to meeting all these students and witnessing the positive impact they will make in their school communities.

Brenda is a local Indigenous artist and storyteller. While her work is not featured in ReconciliACTIONS, she has been featured in a past TREX exhibition, and her practice is very relevant to themes presented in this exhibition. She regularly teaches workshops and leads events in the community, graciously sharing her knowledge and skills. Brenda is open to facilitating Medicine Pouch workshops with students, where each student would get to make their own Medicine Pouch to keep.
